Ravens Romania: Why We Started and What We're Building

The NFL has no boundaries. The Ravens have fans in Bucharest, in Cluj, in Timișoara, in every corner of Romania. For years, those fans watched games alone, read English articles they half-understood, and had no single place to call home.

Ravens Romania was built to fix that.

What We Are

We are an independent fan community. Not affiliated with the Baltimore Ravens organization, not a media company, not a brand. Just fans, Romanian fans who love the purple and black with the same intensity as anyone in Baltimore.

We launched in 2026, and the community is still counting.

What We Do

- We cover the Ravens in Romanian and English - We write analysis that treats fans as intelligent adults - We translate the noise into what actually matters - We give Romanian Ravens fans a place to connect

The Philosophy

Edgar Allan Poe gave Baltimore its Raven. And his most famous line, "Darkness there and nothing more", captures something real about this team. The Ravens play in darkness. They thrive in it. Cold games. Hard weather. Defensive battles. A quarterback who makes the impossible look routine.

We believe that football at its highest level is poetry. And we're here to write about it.
